Sarah Devenport
Research Assistant
Sarah Devenport is a research assistant in Policy and Communications at the Ecological Restoration Institute. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in forestry from Northern Arizona University. Her thesis work explored the intersection of public land users and wildfire, with a focus on human-caused ignitions and place-based approaches to prevention. Her background blends natural resource management and social science, which she is enthusiastic about using to find solutions to socio-ecological challenges.
