Emily Rabung, PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
Emily works at ERI as a postdoctoral scholar in the social sciences. Her research has spanned environmental policy implementation, community collaboration, and education. Her PhD examined the Department of Defense’s implementation of the Endangered Species Act including case studies of on-the-ground management at training bases and an historical survey of how the organization’s resources and response to the ESA changed over time. Before coming to ERI, Emily was an Instructor at Oregon State University teaching decision making, collaboration, and policy analysis within the College of Forestry.
